Jonathan Prince
Writer / Producer / Showrunner
Jonathan Prince is an American actor, director, screenwriter and movie producer. After graduating cum laude from Harvard University, Prince turned a serendipitous Las Vegas meeting with George Burns into writing/producing the film 18 Again. Prince furthered his career writing/producing/directing television series and feature films for Gene Wilder, Mary Tyler Moore, Jimmy Smits and Benjamin Bratt, including the Emmy-winning American Dreams. 2019 projects include the Hulu TV series adaptation of Four Weddings and a Funeral with Mindy Kaling and BET’s musical drama series American Soul, based on the early years of “Soul Train.” Prince’s groundbreaking work in branded integration includes unique partnerships with Campbell’s Soup, GM, Ford, Walmart, Clorox and Facebook. Son of a special education teacher and a school board member, Prince has always been involved in the world of children, charity and education, with all of his good fortune that has come his way, Prince’s greatest blessing is his family – a spectacular wife and their four children.
Gadi Rouache

Gadi is a creative entrepreneur with an expertise in strategy, branding and content creation for startups to Fortune 100 companies. A storyteller and strategist at heart, Gadi’s background in graphic design, film production and editing, motion graphics and animation, and web design, allow him to bring projects to life quickly in an original and cinematic way. Gadi’s creative work has included projects with The Walt Disney Studios, ESPN, Marvel Studios, NBC Sports Network, Amazon Studios, Yahoo!, Warner Brothers, Hyundai and the United Nations (OCHA).
Sanford Rosenberg
Financing / Partnerships / Business Development
Sandy has led many teams over a 25-year career in investment banking, strategic consulting and management. He began his career as a strategic consultant working for six years in the United States, Asia and Central Europe. He subsequently spent a decade in the Investment Bank at Citigroup and its predecessor firms focused on private equity and venture capital transactions. His last position at Citigroup was as a senior banker in the direct Private Equity Placements group in New York, where he was responsible for the start-to-finish origination, structuring, and capital raising for private and public companies. Sandy’s activities at Citigroup also included raising capital for investment funds, private equity secondary transactions and positions in the Financial Entrepreneurs (private equity sponsor coverage) and Acquisition Finance (debt finance) groups.
Sandy received his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and his dual BA in economics and Asian studies from Tufts University. He has worked and traveled extensively internationally and has a working knowledge of the Japanese, Russian, and Czech languages. He currently splits his time between New York and Los Angeles.
